COVID-19 update: Counselling Services provided remotely

Free and confidential counselling sessions are available to all Sheridan students. Connect with a Counsellor if you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed or just want to talk to someone. You can meet with a Counsellor either by phone or video call.

If this is an emergency, call 911 or take yourself to the nearest emergency room.

You can also access free and confidential counselling services by phone through EmpowerME or KeepMeSafe for International students, with service available in over 35 languages.
